ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน การเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า
“ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์” ยินดีรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วันหลังจากวันได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์กำหนดเท่านั้น มิฉะนั้นทางร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี สินค้าทุกชิ้นจาก”ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์” มีใบรับประกัน โดยมีเงื่อนไข ดังต่อไปนี้

1. สินค้าประเภทเครื่องประดับงานโบราณ: รับคืนสินค้าที่มีราคามากกว่า 100,000 บาท ขึ้นไป

สินค้าที่จะทำการเปลี่ยนหรือคืน สินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ อุปกรณ์ครบ รวมถึงใบรับประกันในบรรจุภัณฑ์ดั้งเดิมไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย พร้อมเเสดงหลักฐานในการสั่งซื้อ ภาพถ่าย ฯลฯ

กรณีขอเปลี่ยนสินค้า

• หัก 20% ของมูลค่าสินค้าตามใบรับประกัน โดยต้องมีใบรับประกันเเนบมาด้วย

กรณีขอคืนสินค้า

• หัก 30% ของมูลค่าสินค้าตามใบรับประกัน โดยต้องมีใบรับประกันเเนบมาด้วย

ความเสียหายของสินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า ซึ่งการรับประกันจะไม่ครอบคลุมในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

• สินค้าที่ชำรุด แตกหัก บุบ บิด งอ เบี้ยว ร้าว มีรอยขูดขีด ชิ้นส่วนหลุดหาย ซึ่งไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากรูปแบบการใช้งานปกติ หรืออยู่สภาพสมบูรณ์ตามสภาพของสินค้า
• สินค้าที่มีสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ มีร่องรอยความเสียหายจากการถูกแกะ ถูกงัด ถูกดัดเเปลง ถูกซ่อมเเซม หรือถอดประกอบ ซึ่งไม่ได้ดำเนินการโดยร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ (สินค้าไม่สมบูรณ์ตามสภาพ)
• สินค้าเกิดความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการเก็บรักษาอย่างไม่ถูกต้อง หรือจากการไม่ระมัดระวังของผู้ใช้งาน
• สินค้าที่เกิดความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ แมลง หรือสัตว์เข้าไปทำลาย หรือโดยเจตนาของผุ้ใช้งานเอง

นโยบายการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า

• ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ยินดีรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า โดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลาการตรวจสอบสินค้าและดำเนินการภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับตั้งเเต่วันที่ลูกค้าซื้อสินค้าหรือได้รับสินค้านั้นเเล้ว หากเกินจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางร้านค้าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า
• ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบสินค้า ก่อนพิจารณาในการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า
• ทางร้านค้าขอปฏิเสธการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความไม่พึงพอใจสินค้า เเต่สินค้าได้ถูกแกะกล่องเเละนำไปใช้งานเเล้ว
• ทางร้านค้าจะรับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งในการคืนสินค้า เฉพาะในกรณีที่เป็นผลอันเนื่องมาจากข้อผิดพลาดของทางร้านค้าเท่านั้น

ลูกค้าสามารถขอเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้าโดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียมในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

• จัดส่งสินค้าผิดสีหรือผิดรูปแบบ
• จัดส่งสินค้าที่มีลักษณะแตกต่าง หรือไม่มีส่วนคล้ายคลึงกับรูปภาพของสินค้าที่ได้แสดงไว้ในรายละเอียดสินค้า

2. กรณีหากลูกค้าสั่งซื้อสินค้าผิดแบบเเละมีความประสงค์ที่จะขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าคนละรูปแบบ สินค้าชิ้นใหม่ที่ลูกค้าจะทำการเปลี่ยนต้องมีราคาสูงกว่าราคาสินค้าชิ้นเดิม จึงจะเข้าเงื่อนไขที่ทางร้านค้ากำหนดไว้ โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

• หัก 20% ของมูลค่าสินค้า(ชิ้นเดิม)ตามใบรับประกัน โดยต้องมีใบรับประกันเเนบมาด้วย
• สภาพสินค้า(ชิ้นเดิม)จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่มีความชำรุดเสียหายจากการกระทำของลูกค้า และบรรจุในหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้านั้นๆในสภาพเดียวกับที่ร้านค้านำส่งลูกค้า
• ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนสินค้า

3. สินค้าราคาต่ำกว่า 100,000 บาท ไม่รับคืนทุกกรณี

4. จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร (2 – 3% ตามแต่ประเภทบัตร)

5. การรับประกันราคามีกำหนดระยะเวลา 1 ปี หากเกินกำหนดต้องตีราคาใหม่ตามราคาปัจจุบัน

หมายเหตุ :

• กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของนโยบายเเละเงื่อนไขต่างๆก่อนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทุกครั้ง
• งดต่อรองเงื่อนไขทุกกรณี การเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า สินค้าทุกชิ้นต้องอยู่ใน “สภาพสมบูรณ์” (สินค้าต้องมีมูลค่ามากกว่า 100,000 บาทขึ้นไป)
• ไม่รับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า หากไม่มีใบรับประกันที่ออกโดย “ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์” ทุกกรณี
• สินค้ามูลค่าต่ำกว่า 100,000 บาท ไม่มีใบรับประกันที่ออกโดย “ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์” ทุกกรณี
• กรณีลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าเกินระยะเวลา 7 วัน ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า
• ร้านสยามโบราณศิลป์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเเจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS / EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Exchange and Return Policy

You are liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling of the items. Likewise, all returned pieces of antique jewelry go through quality examination to assess deterioration of the products.

Return conditions

• After receiving the items, we prefer customers check the item.
• To be eligible for return, returned item(s) must be in the conditions according to Siam Asia Antique Policy, 30% of the deduction from the total refund and warranty card has to be undamaged and returned with the product.
• Items eligible for return must be in their original condition. Items with a warranty must be returned for inspection first and will be considered on a case by case.

Return reasons;

• Items damaged in shipping : when the piece of antique jewelry arrives, the customer finds that the pacel or the item is damaged. The client must take a picture of the damaged, box ,and make a video recording of the pacel ordered online and send it to Siam Asia Antique (the items must be unused).
• Wrong item : the pieces of antique jewelry on the website or social media platforms do not match the items that customer ordered or recieved. The items must be unused.

The customer can return any unused items within 7 days from the date you received the items.

Exchange conditions

• To be eligible for exchange, exchanged item(s) must be in the conditions according to Siam Asia Antique Policy, 20% of the deduction from the total refund and warranty card has to be undamaged and returned with the product.
• Replacement items must be in perfect condition (Perfect condiion means the items will not get changed or damaged)

Exchange reasons;

In case 20% of the deduction from the total refund — The client changes their mind.

• The customer must exchange to other higher value which the customer has to pay the difference. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Siam Asia Antique and delivery fee of new items.

In case exchange with no surchange are allowed within 7 days after customer receive the product — Regarding the delivery of defective or an incorrect product.

• The pieces of antique jewelry on the website or social media platforms do not match the items that customer ordered or recieved. The items must be unused and the customer can exchange the same model.

Period or process for replacing pieces of antique jewelry by post;

• The items will be inspected by Siam Asia Antique’s staff and we will contact the customer with in 5 working days from the date that Siam Asia Antique gets a return to confirm status for replacement.

Replacement or return of products that have a warranty are not covered the following damageds;

• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, abnormal use or customer accident (falling, cracking, broken, bent, dented).
• Items that are worn out from normal use or use it in the wrong way, incorrect use, incorrect storage or maintenance
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

2. Customer notice that you have ordered wrong model and want to do a product change, customer can ask for a replacement to a correct model. The customer must exchange to other higher value which the customer has to pay the difference.

The exchange item(s) must meet the following criterias;

• Exchanged item(s) must be in the conditions according to Siam Asia Antique Policy, 20% of the deduction from the total refund.
• You will, therefore, need to fully return product together with its packaging, warranty card has to be undamaged and remain in good condition.
• Replacement items must be in perfect condition (Perfect condiion means the items will not get changed or damaged)
• You will return the item(s) at your own expense.

You will need to return the original item within 7 days

3. To be eligible for return and exchange, each purchase must have a value of at least 100,000 THB.

4. If customer choose to purchase a product, customer must designate and provide information about a prefered payment method (e.g. credit card, online payment service or any other payment method available by Siam Asia Antique)

Note: Credit card surcharges generally range from 2 to 3% of every transaction.

5. Your jewelry is warranted by Siam Asia Antique for a period one year from the original date of purchase, in each case under the terms and condition of warranty.

This warranty is void if the piece has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Siam Asia Antique sales. A copy of the warranty card will be required for proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Please carefullry read the following terms & conditions governing your use of those portions of the Siam Asia Antique website accessible at http://www.siamasiaantique.com, as well as and including any otherSiam Asia Antique websites or web pages.

• The client must check in the same day as the date you received the items. If beyond that date and conditions, Siam Asia Antique reserves the right not to exchange or return the product.

• Product that have been received for ,more than 7 days since the day you receive the product cannot be return or exchange.

• We reserve the right in any circumstances, to change, modify, remove or substitute any information on this website without giving prior notice.

• Return or exchange with no warranty card by Siam Asia Antique are not allowed.

• Each purchase price less than 100,000 THB are not covered by warranty Siam Asia Antique’s warranty (The warranty card is not provided).
